Every search engine is different in how it determines what search terms a site page will get listed for. However, the first thing they all look at to determine what each individual page of a site is about is the page title (also known as the title tag).
Our software allows you to give each page of your site its own individual page title. The benefit of that is you can target a different set of keyword phrases on each page, which could lead to more pages of your site getting indexed for a broader range of keyword phrases.
By targeting a different set of 3 - 5 different keyword phrases on each page of your site you make it possible for each individual page to potentially be another entry point for visitors.
If you have a 5 page website and every page is "well" optimized to target the same 5 keyword phrases then you have "fair" chance of getting your home page and maybe 1 other page well listed for maybe 3 or 4 of the keyword phrases you targeted.
But if you have a 5 page website and each page is "reasonably" optimized for a different set of 3 - 5 keyword phrases then you have a "good" chance of getting all your site pages well listed for 2 or 3 per page.
That's a big difference in exposure. 1 or 2 pages listed for 3 or 4 keyword phrases for a best case scenario of 6 different listings. Or 4 different pages listed for 2 or 3 different phrases per page for a best case scenario of 10 different listings.
